Summary

Help toddlers learn and grow in a welcoming, play-based early learning center. This faith-based program is seeking two caring teachers who enjoy building relationships with young children and their families. A lead classroom opportunity may be available for a qualified candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, warm, engaging toddler classroom.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate play and learning activities.
• Support children’s social, emotional, language, and physical development.
• Guide daily routines, including meals, transitions, and personal care.
• Communicate with families about each child’s day and progress.
• Work closely with classroom staff and follow licensing requirements.
• If assigned as lead, guide classroom planning and daily activities.

What You’ll Need

• Experience caring for or teaching toddlers in a group setting.
• A patient, dependable approach to early childhood education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet applicable Minnesota child care licensing requirements.
• For a lead assignment, qualifications to serve as a teacher in a Minnesota licensed child care center.
• First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain them.
