About the Role:
It's All About Kids Inc. in Framingham, MA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Certified Toddler Teacher to join their dedicated early childhood team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a supportive and caring environment.



Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddler-aged children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
• Maintain accurate developmental records and daily reports for each child
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals

Requirements:

• Experience working with toddlers or young children in an early childhood education setting
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• EEC (Early Education and Care) certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
