We’re Hiring: Toddler Teacher We are looking for a full-time Toddler Teacher to join our team. If you love working with children, value meaningful connections with families, and want to be part of a positive, supportive environment—this is the job for you!
What You'll Do
Create and implement fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
Foster a warm, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
Supervise and engage children during learning and play
Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers
Use classroom technology for lesson planning and daily reporting
Serve meals and assist with diapering/toileting
Follow all childcare licensing and health & safety guidelines
Help with school pick-ups and drop-offs as needed (company vehicle provided)
Qualifications Minimum 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units (including infant care units for infant room) At least 1 year of classroom experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting Passion for working with children ages 0–3 Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices Current CPR and First Aid certification TB Test and Health Screening clearance Proof of immunizations: MMR, Tdap, and Influenza (flu can be waived) Live Scan fingerprint clearance (DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index) — no exemptions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in active play
