Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate childrens progress and address any concerns.
• Assess and document childrens developmental progress through observations and evaluations.
• Organize and participate in activities that enhance physical, cognitive, and creative skills.
• Engage toddlers through age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and learning.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Additional certifications in child development or special education.
