About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Aide to join our team at Cornerstone Preschool and Childcare. As a Toddler Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our youngest learners.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum for toddlers
- Provide care and support for toddlers' physical, emotional, and social development
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on toddler's progress
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
- Assist with serving meals and snacks, diapering, and nap time routines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess or willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
