About the Role:
Winner of Best of the Main Line 2 years in a row is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our growing team in Wayne, PA! This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children during their most formative years. We are offering a $1,000 bonus to the right candidate



Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddler-aged children
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development
  • Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and progress
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth
  • Supervise toddlers during play, meals, and rest times to ensure health and safety
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning community
  • Follow all licensing regulations, health guidelines, and center policies
Requirements:
  • High School diploma and/or Associates degree in ECE
  • Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting
  • Strong understanding of toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and colleagues
  • Ability to pass a background check as required by Pennsylvania state licensing
