About the Role:Winner of Best of the Main Line 2 years in a row is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our growing team in Wayne, PA! We are offering a $1,000 bonus to the right candidateResponsibilities:- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddler-aged children
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development
- Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and progress
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth
- Supervise toddlers during play, meals, and rest times to ensure health and safety
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning community
- Follow all licensing regulations, health guidelines, and center policies
Requirements:- High School diploma and/or Associates degree in ECE
- Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and colleagues
- Ability to pass a background check as required by Pennsylvania state licensing
