Summary:
A state transportation-focused IT division is seeking a senior Functional/Business Analyst to support tolling technical systems and enterprise applications. The role focuses on business process analysis, Agile requirements management, solution design documentation, backlog management, testing coordination, and stakeholder collaboration.
