This Program Cost Controls Analyst (P2) supports the Raytheon Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization, working closely with the Business Office, Program Operations Manager, and the Tomahawk program. Key responsibilities include overseeing operations labor financials and preparing finance deliverables such as earned‑value reports, estimates at complete, variance reporting, and cost analysis.ResponsibilitiesSupport the monthly close process with earned‑value accounting.Conduct in‑depth analysis of Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) and Earned‑Value Trend Chart (ETC) on a monthly cadence.Provide cost, schedule, and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis to OSQ leaders and management.Monitor actual costs and explain variances to plans and forecasts.Manage cost accumulation methods for material and labor on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Prepare cost estimates for new business proposals and assist Estimating and Program Analysts with rationale for bases of estimates.Support factory and program activities in business management, participating in organizational decisions.Create Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly, including costs, risks, and opportunities for factories and at the program/product line level.Assist in developing and streamlining OSQ labor reports, EAC management, and special projects to drive efficiencies.Qualifications You Must HaveUniversity degree or equivalent experience, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree in a related field.Experience in program controls, including earned‑value management fundamentals.Finance role experience.Proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office tools, particularly Excel.U.S. citizenship required. No security clearance needed.Qualifications We PreferIndependent role experience developing financial and performance metric reports.Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.Clear, concise written and verbal communication.Ability to convey business acumen to non‑financial stakeholders.Comfort handling dynamic environments and new challenges.Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, Business Warehouse).Defense contracting finance experience.Rapid learning of advanced financial and planning skills for multitasking large projects.Problem‑solving ability linking production realities to financial commitments.Salary & BenefitsThe salary range for this role is 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
