Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tool Analyst to join our Tool Integrity Group in Jupiter, FL. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our tooling systems, contributing to Cyient's commitment to excellence and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough analysis and validation of tooling data, identifying discrepancies and anomalies.
• Develop and implement strategies for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of tool information within various databases and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to understand tooling requirements and provide expert insights.
• Conduct regular audits of tooling processes and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Investigate and resolve tool-related issues, providing root cause analysis and proposing corrective actions.
• Generate comprehensive reports on tool performance, integrity metrics, and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of tool management systems and methodologies.
• Train and support team members on best practices for tool data management and integrity.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, particularly within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of tooling concepts, principles, and applications.
• Proficiency in database management systems and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Position may require OT and does require schedule flexibility to entail different shifts and days of week. A considerable amount of walking is required to perform this job as well as lifting tools weighing up to 25 lb.
