Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate tool room machinery including mills, lathes, grinders, drills, and band saws
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and diagrams to construct precision parts
Perform minor machine repairs and maintain equipment in safe working condition
Train and assist workforce on proper equipment setup and tool usage




Required Skills & Experience:

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 5+ years of tool and die experience
Proficient in operating manual mills, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other machining equipment
Strong blueprint reading and mechanical interpretation skills
Knowledge of safe tool room practices and equipment maintenance

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with special fixture projects or custom tooling
Ability to assist with workforce training and mentoring

Compensation: $32.00-$35.00/hour
