Responsible for
managing and assembling tooling projects, ensuring components meet specifications and deadlines. ️
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Pre-Build meetings to plan efficient manufacturing processes
Assemble tooling and verify machined components meet specifications
️ Machine components using standard processes to required tolerances
Manage assigned tooling projects to meet customer quality and delivery expectations
Principle Duties:
Assemble components into completed tooling
️ Set up and operate tools to manufacture components
Train and mentor apprentices
Education & Experience:
Skills:
Advanced math, basic computer skills, ability to read technical drawings, strong communication
Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a state-indentured Tool & Die apprenticeship
OR
6 years as a non-indentured Tool & Die Maker

Experience:
3–5 years building progressive tooling (metal stamping preferred)
Certification:
Journeyman Card in Tool & Die
