Gestamp is seeking a Tool & Die Manager to oversee our Tool & Die operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced stamping and robotic welding environment.

What Youll Do

Lead and develop the Tool & Die team while managing daily priorities and performance.

Oversee troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of dies, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and equipment.

Support stamping and robotic welding operations by ensuring tooling reliability and dimensional capability.

Manage die repairs, engineering changes, program launches, and tooling modifications.

Drive quality, cost savings, and operational excellence initiatives.

Participate in audits and support ISO/IATF quality system requirements.

Ensure plant tooling needs are met with minimal downtime.

What Were Looking For

USDOL Tool & Die Journeyman Card or 8+ years of related experience.

Prior leadership experience in a Tool & Die environment preferred.

Troubleshooting experience in a production stamping facility.

Experience with Tandem, Transfer, and Progressive Dies.

Ability to read blueprints and tooling prints.

Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset.

Own basic precision and hand tools.

Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as needed.
