Tool Changer/ PM Technician 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Tool Changers to join our team in Holland, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for changing form tools on Polybond and Thermobond lines, maintaining equipment, and supporting production through various tasks and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Change form tools on Polybond and Thermobond lines
• Clean form tools and waterjet bucks
• Maintain all tool change equipment
• Load and unload tools and equipment
• Complete special projects as necessary
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong ownership demonstrated in previous roles
• Self-driven with proven ability to work independently
• Accountable for work and highly effective in completing tasks
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure success
• Proven strong work ethic in previous roles
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Current HI Lo license or ability to acquire one
• Basic computer skills
• Strong housekeeping and adherence to 5S standards
• Must be capable of physically performing all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations
• Ability and desire to work all required hours, including daily and weekend overtime
• Completion of lock out training with no violations of procedures
