These are direct hire opportunities offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Tool & Die Maker Job Summary:1st Shift2nd ShiftPay: $25–$35/hr (based on experience)Shift Premium: 10% for 2nd ShiftMaintain and repair metal stamping dies including progressive and hand lay diesMachine replacement parts using CNC and conventional machining equipmentPerform milling, turning, grinding, and other toolroom operationsEnsure proper die alignment, clearances, and functionalityTroubleshoot tooling issues and return tools to production quicklyRead and interpret blueprints and GD&T specificationsCommunicate effectively across shifts and departmentsSupport production needs including overtime and urgent repairs when requiredTool & Die Maker Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of Tool & Die experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong experience with metal stamping die repairExperience with progressive dies and hand lay dies requiredHands-on experience with CNC and manual machining equipmentStrong skills in milling, turning, and grindingAbility to read blueprints and understand GD&TStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently in a production-driven environmentWhy Zing?
