Key Responsibilities:
Design, fabricate, and maintain tooling and dies using CAD, machining, and EDM processes
Set up and optimize stamping presses to ensure efficient, high-quality production
Perform inspections using precision measurement tools to meet tight tolerances and specifications
Troubleshoot, repair, and improve tooling while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of Tool and Die Maker experience in metal stamping environments
Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Hands-on expertise with machining processes, CNC equipment, and precision measuring tools
Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Technical certification or degree in Tool & Die, Machining, or related field
Experience with deep drawn metal stamping processes
Compensation:
Up to $45/hour + overtime opportunities
