Reporting to the Tool Room Manager, this role leads a team of tool and die specialists in our tool and die shop, overseeing daily operations, allocating tasks, and ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate completion of repairs and projects. The position involves analyzing performance gaps, developing training programs, and fostering skill development to enhance team capabilities, while collaborating cross-functionally with teams like DCMs and Trim Presses to ensure timely and quality execution. Responsibilities include managing shop needs such as tool procurement, driving continuous improvements, and empowering team members to contribute to process enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a commitment to maintaining world-class die casting standards by building on the current track record of excellence.

$100,800 - $151,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
