Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Tool & Die Technician to join a busy manufacturing operation in Tulsa, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tooling professional who can support production, troubleshoot equipment issues, and design or fabricate precision tooling that keeps operations running efficiently.

Required Experience & Skills
5 7 years of tool & die experience REQUIRED
Strong experience with progressive, compound, pierce, and draw dies
Proven background in tool and die design, fixtures, and tooling fabrication
Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, and EDM equipment
Working knowledge of Mastercam programming
Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues in presses, mills, and production equipment
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams on tooling needs
Support and guide tooling personnel as needed
Track and document job time accurately
Troubleshoot tooling issues impacting presses, mills, and production operations
Program and operate CNC equipment including EDM, lathes, and mills
Design, fabricate, repair, and modify tools, dies, and fixtures
Create and edit machining programs using Mastercam
Partner with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing operation
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school training preferred
Journeyman Tool & Die status preferred
Experience with tube mills and roll mills
Wire EDM programming and operating experience
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing environment supporting multiple departments
Hands-on role involving machining, troubleshooting, fabrication, and technical problem-solving
Fast-paced production setting focused on uptime, precision, and efficiency
Exposure to machinery, tooling equipment, industrial noise, and shop conditions
