Build fixtures
Dress grinding wheels with rotary dresser
Grind carbide parts on surface grinder
Inspect parts with micrometer, optical comparator or gauge.
Make adjustments if necessary
Looking for Surface Grinders for production of carbide cutting tools. openings for trainee and experienced positions. Short run jobs no continous production.

This job will be to make tool holders and milling cutters as well as utilizing a 5 axis mill as grinder to grind carbide .
