Tool Maker

We are seeking seeking an experienced Tool Maker to join our team on 2nd Shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled trades professional who takes pride in precision work, problem-solving, and supporting a high-quality manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

Build, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot tooling, fixtures, dies, and gauges

Operate tool room equipment to manufacture and repair tooling components

Read and interpret blueprints, tool prints, and engineering drawings

Perform tooling modifications and preventative maintenance

Support production by ensuring tooling is operating efficiently and meeting quality standards

Work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Tool Maker experience

Experience with Manual and CNC Bridgeport Mills

Experience operating Manual Lathes

Proficient in Surface Grinding

Ability to read and interpret tool prints

CNC Mazak experience is a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Commitment to attendance, quality, and workplace safety

Must pass drug screen and criminal background
