Looking for a skilled Tool Maker with final fit and finish experience in high-precision assembly of tools, dies, molds, and gauges.
• Operate manual and CNC machinery, including drill presses, grinders, lathes, mills, and CMMs.
• Read and interpret 2D/3D blueprints, working with tight tolerances to achieve micron-level accuracy.
• Perform mold assembly, maintenance, and repair, ensuring quality and precision.
• Use measuring tools like micrometers and calipers, document inspections, and maintain an organized workspace.
• Require 2+ years of technical training or equivalent experience, computer literacy, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to lift 5-25 pounds regularly, standing for extended periods.
