Tool Repair Product Technician Tier 3

PrimeSource Building Products are seeking qualified individuals to join our tool and compressor service operation located at DFW Airport Texas 75261

Work hours Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM

We require hands-on experience in service and repair of pneumatic tools and compressors. This is not a training position. Selected candidates should meet the minimum requirements below. Position Task

• Troubleshoot and repair of nail guns and compressors for customers.
• Entry of work orders and tracking of labor hours and parts used.
• Ship, receive, pack parts and/or finished repaired product.
• Complete and submit appropriate documents of daily repairs or est.
• Communicate with field team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Problem-solve to determine the best resolution to customer issues.
• Interact with customers, providing the highest levels of service and productivity.
• Excellent phone skills when interacting with customers.

What you need for success in this role

• Three to Five years' experience in pneumatic tool repair.
• Experience in the construction or industrial supply chain industry is helpful
• Strong mechanical skills/abilities required.
• Customer service oriented
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• SAP experience is helpful. Ability to participate in cycle counts.
• Basic computer skills Excel, Word, ect.
