Seeking an experienced Tool Repair Technician for 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) to support tool building, maintenance, and repair activities.
Responsibilities include maintaining tools, performing preventative and minor engineering repairs, troubleshooting, training associates, managing inventory, and supporting process improvements and safety procedures.
Qualifications require at least 5 years of experience with plastic injection molds and 7 years in mold making/repair, proficiency with machinery (including CNC, EDM, Mill), reading tooling and circuit diagrams, and own tools.
Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating equipment. The work environment involves exposure to moving parts, chemicals, and moderate noise.
