Receive and inspect tools
Repairs and certifies tools as required
Schedule and ship tools as required by local installation offices
Performs scheduled maintenance on tools
Track and follow up on outstanding/overdue tool usage
Maintain log or other documentation regarding tooling
High School Diploma or Equivalent
One + years of machinist experience
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and up to 50 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Ability to use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, hammers, pliers, impact wrench, wire cutters, tape measure and other job-related tools.
Gross motor ability to kneel, crouch, bend, recline, and climb in a variety of maintenance related duties and to drive a forklift.
English proficiency to perform troubleshooting and verify parts orders via telephone and or email.
Communication skills necessary to interact with employees, management, and outside contractors.
Software skills necessary to understand and operate email system and tool tracking software.
