1st  Shift Tool Room Machinist
Pay: $27-32/hr
Shift: 6am-4:30pm Monday thru Thursday

Join our growing manufacturing team as a Tool Room Machinist and play a key role in supporting precision machining and production operations. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating tool room machinery, fabricating and repairing tooling components, and ensuring equipment and parts meet exact specifications. If you are detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a team focused on quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
  • Experience operating CNC machinery, mills, lathes, and other precision machining equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and geometric tolerances
  • Strong knowledge of machine setup, tooling, measurements, and machining processes
  • Attention to detail with the ability to inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
  • Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, dependability, and commitment to workplace safety
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Tool Room Machinist or CNC Machine Operator required
  • Experience working in metal fabrication or precision machining environments preferred
