Emphasis is placed on accountability for tooling expenses and methodologies, as well as hands-on involvement in mold work when necessary. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for industry certifications, alongside over five years of experience in mold repair within injection molding environments. Leadership experience is advantageous, with required competencies in precision techniques and familiarity with CAD, particularly SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
