From the first cut to the final inspection, your craftsmanship turns engineering intent into precision parts. Based in Woburn, MA, you’ll help us deliver components and cutting tools that meet demanding customer specifications—safely, efficiently, and with pride in every detail.
How you'll contribute
Prepare, set up, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and grinding machines to manufacture precision parts and tooling.
Translate blueprints, drawings, and specifications into accurate setups and machining strategies.
Continuously monitor operations, making offset, tooling, and parameter adjustments to maintain quality.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot common machine issues to keep production on track.
Verify parts with precision hand metrology, confirming all dimensions and features meet spec.
Collaborate with teammates to refine processes, shorten cycle times, and increase throughput.
Uphold 5S principles and all safety protocols to maintain a clean, organized cell.
Experience that sets you up to succeed
High school diploma or equivalent; additional machining education/certification preferred.
2+ years of hands‑on CNC machining experience.
Expertise reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings.
Working knowledge of CNC programming fundamentals and machine operation.
Strong capability with micrometers, calipers, and other precision gauges.
Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical, problem‑solving approach.
Ability to operate independently while contributing to a high‑tempo team.
