Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tooling Designer and Modeler with Siemens NX experience to support engineering and manufacturing teams by creating, revising, and maintaining 3D models & 2D drawings. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Siemens NX Teamcenter and tooling design experience. This role requires exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and release 3D models and 2D engineering drawings in Siemens NX, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with internal standards.
- Manage product data through Teamcenter, including version control workflows, BOM updates, and engineering change implementation.
- Create and interpret dimensional stack up charts to validate design intent, assembly tolerances, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality teams to resolve modeling, drawing, and documentation issues.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience using Siemens NX for modeling and drafting.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, assembly documentation, and production support.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, engineering change processes, and industry drafting standards.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
