Tooling & Laser Etching Operator

Integrity Trade services is hiring for a Tooling & Etching Operator for our reputable customer located in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Pay: $21.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

About the Position:
This is a unique, hands-on position that combines tool and material movement throughout the facility with laser etching operations.

The right candidate will enjoy staying active, working with tools and equipment, and learning new processes. A valid driver's license is required, as this position will operate a company van to transport tools and materials between company buildings.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare tools and workpieces for laser etching by cleaning and polishing

• Determine appropriate machine settings and dimensions for lettering, designs, and patterns

• Position tools in designated V-blocks and set the laser to the proper head height

• Use gauges, magnifying lenses, and other inspection methods to verify quality

• Inspect etched work for proper depth, uniformity, and defects

• Move tools, materials, and equipment throughout the shop and between company buildings

• Operate a company van to transport tools and materials between facilities
