This role is integral to driving the management of tool construction and repair initiatives, optimizing equipment maintenance, and fostering cross-departmental collaborations with production, quality assurance, and clients to enhance operational efficiency and uphold continuous improvement standards.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Supervise the construction, maintenance, and repair of tooling for injection molding processes.
- Diagnose and remedy issues in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems within molding equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.
- Adapt, mend, and reconstruct plant machinery to address operational needs.
- Deliver expert technical advice and develop maintenance protocols for various equipment.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to troubleshoot tooling challenges and participate in new project developments.
- Cultivate productive relationships with clients and vendors focusing on tooling production and repairs.
- Facilitate client on-site visits while nurturing strong business relationships.
- Promote strict compliance with company policies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Over 5 years of experience in injection molding operations.
- Proficiency in electrical systems and interpreting schematics.
- Basic skill in PLC programming (particularly Siemens systems).
- Experience with programming automation machinery (preferably Kuka robotics).
- Competency in reading blueprints, equipment manuals, and schematic diagrams for hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Expert mechanical troubleshooting and analytical prowess.
- A solid background in the automotive sector is a valued advantage.
- SAP system experience is beneficial.
- Previous engagement with Engel molding machines is advantageous.
