Tooling Technician – Injection Molding
Location: Longmont, CO
Pay Rate: $25-$33/hour DOE
Hours: Mon–Thurs: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Fri: 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

How you'll spend your time as a Tooling Technician – Injection Molding:
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble injection molding molds and tooling.
- Perform preventive maintenance and approved tooling repairs.
- Change tooling cavities and update date stamps to support production.
- Safely move molds and tooling using an overhead crane.
- Load and unload tooling for transportation.
- Maintain accurate Tool Check In/Out and maintenance records.
- Inspect tooling for wear and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Keep the tool room clean, organized, and operating safely.
- Participate in quality audits and communicate tooling, safety, or quality concerns.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, quality, safety, and customer service.
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Tooling Technician – Injection Molding:
- 3-5 years of experience working with injection molding tooling, molds, or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembling tooling.
- Experience safely operating an overhead crane.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment with grease, oil, and industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with production and engineering teams.
- Willingness to complete a drug and background screening.
