Summary:

We are seeking a Tooling Technician with hands-on experience in molding and tooling design, molds, jigs, fixtures, and tooling maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support molds, jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Perform DFM evaluations and molding design validation.
• Troubleshoot tooling and molding issues.
• Support tooling maintenance and cost-effective tool modifications.
• Participate in design reviews, qualification, sampling, and final part approval.
• Prepare status reports and maintain tooling documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Injection molding/tooling experience
• Mold, jig, and fixture design
• DFM evaluation
• Tooling troubleshooting and maintenance
• Technical documentation and collaboration
• B.E. or equivalent engineering degree

Preferred: Medical device, automotive, plastics/molding, tool & die, or consumer electronics experience.
