Toolmaker

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for manual machining and assembly to specifications
• Precision Surface grinding ,Manual lathe , Bridgeport mill.
• Writing parts up for Heat Treat
• Benching and deburring of precision parts after manufacturing.
• Ability to inspect parts to blue print
• Ability to manufacture parts from prints
• Minimum 10 years of experience

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with manual machining methods
• Ability to interpret and understand blueprints, GD&T drawings and layout instructions.
• Ability to work 10 hour shifts based on project demand
• Ability to lift to 15 lbs. consistently
• Tools for intermediate inspection, and basic mechanical assembly
