Job Summary:
We are looking for a Toolmaker/Manual Machinist to create precision tools in our manufacturing process. In this position, you will be responsible for grinding, lathe, and milling material to create desired pieces we need. Our ideal applicant has experience as a lathe operator or die maker as well as skills with milling machines.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints from engineers and customers
  • Ability to use various machines such as OD, ID, surface grinders (manual & automatic) CNC Mills, Haas lathe, EDM Ram SInker, EDM Wire
  • Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed
  • Adhere to stringent deadlines
  • Accurately record production times
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols

Requirement and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Completion of an apprenticeships or journeyman program helpful, not required
  • Tool and Die making experience a plus
  • Strong mechanical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CAD software helpful
  • Attention to detail
