What you’ll do
- Build precision components to drawing using shearing, drilling, tapping, de-burring, and bench operations.
- Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of manual machines and shop tools.
- Read/interpret blueprints and verify quality throughout production.
- Diagnose and correct issues to eliminate defects and hit exact specs.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.
What you’ll bring
- 1+ years of experience across milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench work.
- Blueprint reading and comfort with product specifications.
- Dependable attendance—ready to work at 6:00 AM.
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs and at times over 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- For upper-level consideration: CNC programming experience required.
