What You’ll Do
Operate lathes, mills, and grinders under supervision to produce precise parts.
Develop the ability to interpret prints and technical specifications.
Support experienced machinists with troubleshooting and quality checks.
Maintain a tidy, safe work area aligned with shop procedures.
Participate in workshops and training to expand your capabilities.
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on shop equipment.
Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and meet schedules.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Introductory knowledge of machining tools/processes helpful, not required.
