Job Description:
The TOP Administrator supports the Turnover process during the EPC construction of a CCGT Power Plant. The role is responsible for the administrative coordination, tracking, and control of turnover documentation and system completion records, ensuring that construction deliverables are properly compiled, reviewed, and made ready for handover to the Commissioning and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, compilation, and management of Turnover (TOP) documentation and dossiers for systems and subsystems
- Maintain accurate registers for turnover packages, system completion status, and handover milestones
- Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams to collect and track required turnover deliverables (checklists, punch lists, certificates, records)
- Assist in monitoring system readiness for turnover, including tracking open items and punch list closure
- Ensure all documentation is correctly filed, controlled, and aligned with project and client requirements
- Support the handover of completed systems from Construction to Commissioning in line with project schedules
- Participate in turnover meetings and support reporting on turnover progress and readiness
- Maintain document control discipline for turnover records, ensuring traceability and version control
- Liaise with subcontractors to obtain and verify required turnover documentation
- Support audits, inspections, and client reviews related to system completion and turnover
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality requirements, and HSE rules during site activities
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in construction administration, turnover coordination, document control, or site administration within EPC or industrial projects
- Previous experience on power plants, oil & gas, industrial facilities, or large infrastructure projects is highly preferred
