Prestige Auto Tech is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a proven ability to CLOSE.

This is not a position for someone who simply answers phones, writes repair orders, and gives customers prices. We need someone who knows how to take an opportunity and turn it into an approved sale.

You Should Be Able To:

• Close high-dollar automotive repair estimates
• Build value before presenting price
• Confidently ask for the sale
• Handle objections without immediately discounting
• Follow up aggressively and professionally
• Turn DVIs into approved work
• Build trust quickly with customers
• Maintain strong sales performance
• Keep technicians supplied with approved work

Who We're Looking For

Proven automotive sales experience is required.

You should be competitive, confident, organized, and motivated by results. European and luxury automotive experience is a plus.
