As a Top Creator Team Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that offer hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll develop practical skills through real-world learning while gaining valuable insights into the fast-growing live commerce and e-commerce industry. Responsibilities

• Grow and develop TikTok Shop Singapore's MCN & top creator e-commerce sales performance in livestream and video channels
• Coordinate and execute operational planning, content strategies and growth initiatives for overseas and local agencies, sellers and creators
• Facilitate affiliate collaboration by implementing product selection, price benchmarking, advertisement arrangement, campaign setup, livestream and video preparation
• Build and manage relationships with MCN agencies, media companies, key merchants, content creators, macro KOLs and Singaporean celebrities
• Organize marketing material design with internal and external teams for platform campaigns, ranking competition, sales awards and showcase promotions
• Analyze creators weekly performance to deliver regular reporting on key operational initiatives and provide recommendations to optimize traffic and conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently manage operational and ad hoc projects in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a undergraduate in a related discipline
• Familiar with TikTok and interests in the e-commerce industry, Singapore influencers, social media landscape and livestream & video practices
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma or Photoshop, or comfortable using AI tools to create visual assets.
• Experience in data analytics and presentation with good attention to details

Preferred Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with project management understanding
• Adaptable, fast learner result-oriented and resilient team player
