Responsibilities

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and Life Insurance
• Work warm inbound leads and agency-generated opportunities
• Cross-sell and round out accounts
• Follow up on prospects and existing clients
• Maintain strong documentation and CRM activity
• Contribute to a team culture focused on growth, accountability, and results

• Active Property & Casualty License (required)
• Previous insurance sales experience
• Proven ability to close business
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Competitive mindset with a desire to grow your income
• Farmers experience is a major plus
