What You’ll Do

• Perform cleaning and stocking duties in dining rooms and banquet spaces to support a welcoming environment
• Maintain adequate supplies of clean silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays to ensure smooth service
• Scrape and load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and store clean dishes in neat, organized manner
• Maintain quality standards as specified by the Dining Services Department
• Demonstrate positive rapport and cooperative working relationships with all Dining Services team members
• Attend Professional Education sessions and departmental meetings as scheduled
• Report suggestions or recommendations to the Head Chef
• Perform all other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience is required
