Indy CDJR, part of the fast-growing Matt Bowers Auto Group, is aggressively hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performance team. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional who knows how to drive production, maximize RO, and deliver top-tier service.
We are looking for a strong closer who can build relationships, communicate effectively with technicians, and keep the service drive moving at a high level.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and manage the service lane with professionalism and urgency
- Accurately diagnose customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
- Work directly with technicians to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow
- Upsell services, maintenance, and repairs based on vehicle needs
- Schedule appointments, manage timelines, and keep customers updated
- Deliver a high-level customer experience that drives repeat business
- Handle estimates, warranty discussions, and payment processing
- Maintain strong organization and control of the service schedule
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience REQUIRED
- CDJR experience is a PLUS (all domestic brand experience welcome)
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Proven ability to sell and hit production goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with dealership software and service systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
