Indy CDJR, part of the fast-growing Matt Bowers Auto Group, is aggressively hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performance team. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional who knows how to drive production, maximize RO, and deliver top-tier service.

We are looking for a strong closer who can build relationships, communicate effectively with technicians, and keep the service drive moving at a high level.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and manage the service lane with professionalism and urgency
• Accurately diagnose customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
• Work directly with technicians to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow
• Upsell services, maintenance, and repairs based on vehicle needs
• Schedule appointments, manage timelines, and keep customers updated
• Deliver a high-level customer experience that drives repeat business
• Handle estimates, warranty discussions, and payment processing
• Maintain strong organization and control of the service schedule

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience REQUIRED
• CDJR experience is a PLUS (all domestic brand experience welcome)
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• Proven ability to sell and hit production goals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with dealership software and service systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
