Summary
Looking for experienced resources to support CA Top Secret (mainframe security) along with Natural/COBOL application supportin a staff augmentation model.
Scope / Responsibilities
Provide CA Top Secret administration and security support
Process and manage access requests (adds/changes/removals)
Troubleshoot access and authentication issues
Support Natural / COBOL applications (incident resolution, maintenance, minor enhancements)
Work ticket queues (incidents, requests, service tasks)
Support general mainframe operations (batch support, production issues)
Assist with audit requests and access reviews
Ensure application access aligns with Top Secret controls
Support enterprise mainframe key rotation activities (performed twice annually)
Mainframe certificate renewals
Started task account support
Batch processing and job scheduling (CA7)
Key Skills
Strong CA Top Secret experience
IBM mainframe (z/OS) experience
Natural / COBOL experience
Mainframe security administration background
Experience working in a ticket-driven support model
Familiarity with access provisioning / IAM concepts
JCL experience
CA7 / batch scheduling experience
Nice to Have
RACF / ACF2
IAM tools (SailPoint/NetIQ or similar)
Audit / compliance experience
SFDC experiencee
