Overview:

We’re looking for a Total Compensation & Rewards Consultant to join our team and make a meaningful impact by partnering with primarily non-profit healthcare organizations and select general industry clients. In this role, you’ll design and implement compensation strategies that align with organizational goals. This is a hybrid position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, offering autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to work with mission-driven clients.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Help clients align their compensation strategies with their organizational objectives.
  • Partner with clients to develop and implement tailored compensation plans.
  • Analyze a variety of large data sets to gain insight into client compensation program effectiveness
  • Conduct market total compensation pricing analyses, benefit program reviews, incentive plan design, executive performance appraisals, board governance assessments and other analyses related to total rewards
  • Assist with drafting reports to deliver insights to client HR teams and board members
  • Participate in discussions to uncover client needs and project goals. Work closely with consultants, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years in compensation and rewards, ideally within the healthcare or non-profit space
  • Strong Excel skills (including lookup functions, data visualization, logical functions, data validation, VBA, etc.)
  • Analytical thinking, and clear communication.
  • Experience working with large data sets and many sources of data
  • Bachelor’s degree required (related fields in healthcare administration, finance, statistics, accounting)
  • You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently. You enjoy asking questions and identifying solutions.
Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
