    Description

    This position is responsible for ensuring Mister's total rewards processes, reports, compliance documentation and base data is well maintained. This individual is responsible for the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as our 401(k) and Compensation plans. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and creative with a positive approach to project management, problem solving, exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and committed to working with a winning team.What you will do:Health & Welfare Benefits Administrative Support

    Administer all health and welfare benefits enrollment and administrative processesRespond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, enrollments, status changes, and other general questions.Process invoicing, accruals, and healthcare reporting.

    401(k) & Deferred Compensation Administrative Support

    401(k) administration including plan documentation, compliance, and auditing.Respond to 401(k) and Deferred Compensation plan inquiries from managers and employees regarding enrollments, plan changes, and contribution amounts.

    Compensation Plan Administrative Support

    Maintain accurate records in external platforms and ensure data integrity.Provide timely and courteous support to employees regarding compensation-related inquiriesSupport administration including contribution files, changes and enrollment assistance.Prepare reports for compliance, leadership requests and year end reporting.Support plan processing and communications.

    How You Will Shine:

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years).

    Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., human resources, employee benefits administration, or payroll).Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office; Dayforce experience is a huge plus.
