TOTAL REWARDS COORDINATOR
HYBRID POSITION | ONSITE THREE DAYS A WEEK AT JOSTENS' CORPORATE OFFICE (MINNEAPOLIS, MN)
ABOUT YOU:
As a Total Rewards Coordinator, this role plays a critical role in the operations of the organization's Total Rewards strategy. This role supports the organization's total rewards plans and programs, which may include health and welfare plans, retirement plans, leave policies, paid time off plans, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits policies and/or compensation programs for US and International employees. Incumbents will ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local benefit and/or compensation laws. Incumbents will also provide analytical and administrative support and may recommend program enhancements.
YOU WILL:
YOU HAVE:
Education & Experience. · 4-year degree with 2 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in an HR function.
Technical Skills. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred experience working with ADP Workforce Now.
Analytical Strength. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, organizational skills, and detail orientated.
Total Rewards Knowledge. Knowledge of total rewards - compensation, benefits and/or time off plans/regulations. Preferred strong business acumen.
Strong Project & Time Management. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
Confidentiality. Capable of managing sensitive and confidential data with professionalism.
Collaboration & Customer Service. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Team-Oriented. Comfortable working across teams and serving as a resource for employees and HR partners.
