Strong analytical skills will be required to conduct studies in compensation trends and retention strategies, coupled with an advanced understanding of regulations like ACA, COBRA, and FMLA. You will also play a pivotal role in the administration of the annual compensation cycle and in communicating with various departments to ensure accurate data reconciliation.
