Tour and Event PlannerPosition Description:Network Runners is seeking a Tour and Event Planner to coordinate AFRL/RA corporate tours, leadership visits, technical events, and major directorate functions.
Posting Quantity: 1 full-time position
Duties and Responsibilities:- Log and track event and visit requests and communicate schedule changes to leadership.
- Develop agendas, visitor biographies, program histories, event plans, and logistics packages.
- Coordinate facilities, access, transportation, AV support, technical materials, and attendee communications.
- Escort tours and ensure activities remain aligned with approved schedules.
- Prepare post-event meeting minutes, action items, and lessons learned.
Minimum Education / Experience / Requirements:- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain at least a Secret security clearance recorded in DISS; certain assignments require higher-level access.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and Air Force-approved web applications.
- Must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and maintain professional working relationships.
