About the Role
Frozen Ropes is looking for dependable, energetic individuals to join our Tournament & Facility Support Team.
This is a part-time weekend position ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working in a fast-paced sports environment, and being part of exciting baseball and softball events.
You’ll play an important role in helping tournaments run smoothly while creating a great experience for players, coaches, and families.
What You’ll Do
Assist with field and facility setup/breakdown
Help manage game flow and tournament operations
Support teams, coaches, and families throughout events
Monitor fields and facility areas to maintain organization and safety
Handle day-of event needs and help solve problems as they arise
Work as part of a team to create a high-level tournament experience
What We’re Looking For
Reliable with strong weekend availability
Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sports background or interest in baseball/softball is a plus
Schedule
Primarily weekends based around tournament schedules
Typical availability includes Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Flexible part-time scheduling available
