Priority Towing is a mid-sized 24-Hour Vehicle Towing Company. We work hand in hand with local Law Enforcement Agencies, Municipal Customers, Electric and Autonomous Vehicle Customers, Vehicle Repair Shops, Fleet Customers and many other valued customers to ensure prompt and professional services to our client base.
We are looking for a professional, seasoned tow operator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a great work ethic and positive attitude. Our pay plan is the best in the industry. We offer full dental, vision, and medical benefits. All employees get an automatic 25K life insurance policy on day 1 with the company.
We pay an hourly rate, plus commission, plus a performance bonus, plus a productivity bonus each pay period…. our tow operator’s gross paychecks range from $1900.00 - $3,125.00 on the 5th and 20th of each month.
The successful candidate must be able to interact with our customers, customer service coordinators, and fellow tow operators by providing exceptional customer service and exercising sound judgment.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate a strong ability to analyze and solve problems regarding loading, securing, and unloading vehicles and completing paperwork accurately
-Operate a light-duty tow truck safely and efficiently by taking the most direct routes and driving safely
- Build and maintain rapport with our customers by active listening to assure mutual understanding of the customer's concerns and needs and our ability to deliver our brand of service
-Take full ownership and accountability to facilitate On-Time Service expectations
Minimum requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of towing experience operating a light-duty tow truck
-Be familiar with the streets and freeways in Phoenix and be able to understand the address system in each city
-Basic math and reading skills and ability to use a smartphone for data entry into our Towbook, Fleetio, and Heartland Payroll App.
-Work 12-hour shifts, 5 days a week - A set schedule will be given, but flexibility is required (weekends, nights, and holidays)
