Now Hiring: Tow Truck Dispatcher
We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our towing team
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers, law enforcement, and service providers
- Dispatch tow truck operators efficiently and accurately
- Monitor driver locations and job status
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers
- Enter and update service information in dispatch software
- Handle emergency and high-priority calls professionally
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
